Terms

Completion of this transaction establishes ongoing agreement between distributor and U4Rx. Commission will be paid of 25% of purchases on personally enrolled distributors and their personally enrolled distributors. Monthly standard bonus payment to be paid out based upon monthly maintenance fees. Additional bonus programs will be offered occasionally and do not establish ongoing pay agreements and will be offered at the discretion of U4RX. All local regulations and laws apply. Commissions will not be paid on founders club crowdfunding transactions or maintenance fees. All personal information collected will be safeguarded under strict compliance standards and used only for company business not to be sold or shared with other entities. Annual compensation is taxable on a 1099 contractor basis. All packages include 1st months recurring payment made today

While supplies last you may participate in our crowdfunded inventory enhancement. Your one time inventory enhancement pays you back over 60 months. Purchasers of founders circle seats will receive monthly bonus payments based on 1/50th per seat of 10% of total company revenue of the previous month. This initial offer includes 50 shares. Multiple shares may be purchased. Purchase of 5 or more seats qualifies the purchaser as a "super founder". Super Founders will receive yearly dividend payouts of their portion of 10% of company profit based on shares purchased in addition to standard monthly revenue share.
